Yes, you keep making excuses, while the majority get on with their law abiding lives. So the next time someone sees a helpless woman being smacked in the face by a bloke twice her size, what would you recomend? Call the police and wait 20 mins for them to turn up, whilst in the meantime she continu...

And your "friend" sounds like a nasty piece of work, I say that as an ex UK police officer ah yes, the typical attitude of a police officer, if they have convictions they must be a descendant of hitler. Perhaps the mindset gets rubbed from one to another in the close quarters around the troff. Seei...

dont get too down about you 17 min time, it's a start, you can only improve right, i guarantee if you put yourself in the right frame of mind of telling yourself that you will beat that time and give it 110% you could knock a min off that time next time you go out.

guy's if you are getting over 17mins, you are either not trying or weigh the same as an elephant with constipation. There is no real trick to improving fitness, you just have to keep going and keep trying to beat your previous records, the more you put into it, the more you will improve. Set yoursel...

A 10 mile cft is easy The 2miles walk from your house to your t.a centre aren't counted... Personally, I dont see how people can find cft/tabs hard If you manage to run 1.5miles in the required time and get to catterick you will understand why. Maybe on your 'walks' you keep the pace down so the pi...

If you live near it, tell your recruiter to phone you when it arrives, so you can pick it up from the careers office yourself, that way you wont have to wait for them to get round to sending it, plus you can speak to your recruiter about what it says there and then.

if you were deferred, you should have had a letter telling you the reasons why, and explaining when or if you can re-apply. If you haven't had one you need to get it or ask your recruiter to call pirbright and find out. You could call them yourself but they dont seem to appreciate it if you do. Howe...
