there is a site called "MAP MY RUN".com it uses google earth an you can map your run to every bend etc. its quite amazing and useful really, especially if you dont know exactly/roughly your run lengh is. to use it, just go on the site, and select high detail on the bottom right to get it to use goog...

sterion66, do you know of any shops like that in the machester area? i read about those shops in mens health, where they put you on a tredmill and see how you run. i would much like to goto one of these stores but i cant find very much on the internet :/ i shall seach that 'he runs she runs'. cheers...
