I would like to try hard at my next 5/6 weeks of training and try to get the late july prmc if possible, i hate waitin and would love to get it over and done ...

Cheers mate, just needed to clear that up. My mum was more worried about being payed than i was. Being a marine isnt about the money though is it, mothers eh.

Im confused here, are the press-ups counted as one down then one up or one up and down? the first clip of the guy doing press-ups has a little 1 then 2 in the top left corner, are they the stages you do them in or how theyre counted?? oh n this might be a stupid question but do u get paid on the 32 ...

oh excellent! so when in the AFCO material is says 6 is a fair amount, its more like 10 or 12 easy going one. so would 8 on a goal post be a fair amount after 20 laps of a football field, i cant put things in relation. ill see how i manage with all this training and just try my best. i want it bad s...

Ive maybe got 8 months max to really get fit n strong, im struggling with the press-ups,it just feels like theres nothing left in my arms, but i think my diet is all wrong, ive been told i need at least 2000 calories a day anyway as a teenager so to grow muscle and put mass on, i should eat alot mor...

ok, thanks mate, im not used to typing properly, but it shud be done. i used to some press-ups just before going to bed, 40 or so, but when i realised you had to do them a certain way its halved the amount i can do! i think i might try n get one of my mates to start going to the gym with me to help,...

thanx for the advice, for once ive taken it onboard and want to use it as best as possible. i think with me being at the age i am there must be a stage when i start seeing things a bit more seriously and more focused, i think with the training and reading im doing for the marines ill end up growing ...
