just practice sprinting the lengths of how ever long the bleep test is, without stopping, doing this will no doubt make you get a higher score on it, it worked for me when i was in school! :)

i did kickboxing for 3 years, i left because i lost interest - not because of dedication - which someone on here will say "ahh you shouldnt be thinking about a career in the RM you have no dedication", bollox. 8)

well finally....

...i got my proper training at home underway after a month injury (dam ankle). went for a 2.5 mile run last night, managed that with relative ease, manged to bang out 40 pressups, 90 situps and various other things.

It starts once more... 8)
