For some reason I get an http error msg when trying to attach the file (100kb)?

I recently came across this WWI image which looks to have been taken at a railway station of port.

Not many regiments wore a Kilmarnock Bonnet; the KOSB, Royal Scots and at time, the Lovat Scouts but I cannot work out which regiment this gent belonged to. Does anyone know?
