Just back from selection press ups are not part of the assessment, only press ups we did was during the evening PT session.

Just back from Glencorse 15/16th june, 9 heaves 9.25 run time good icebreaker very confident so I was told. 10/10 grenade test top of my group in team tasks.

Cheers mate i usually cycle about 80 miles a week, as i said its the running thats killing me just now been at it about a fortnight max 4 miles feel ready to step up a notch. still not fast though in any bodys book lol
