you boys need to forget about A's and B's. It's worked out on a points system. The more points you have, the higher up the pecking order you'll be. Someone who gets a high A, i.e 150 points will get a job sooner than someone with a lower A, i.e 130 points. We were told that up at Glencorse. so this...

Full English ain't the best idea before a run some of the lads on our adsc was sick on the way round so avoid loads just have toast or cereal before the run is my advise

You get offered them in choice order unless there is a reason why they think you would be better suited to Another choice

I've just passed my selection and the time to pass is 13:15 but you really need to be getting below 10:30 or they won't really be looking At you as the army have so much choice at the moment so they can afford to be picky
