Thanks for all advice guys, going to see physio tomorrow sure it's to do with muscles being too tight.

And that's exactly my worry about boots on and bergan, hence why i'm wanting get it sorte dout before gets any further through my application.

Cheers mate, googled and found a running specalist not too far away so going to head through this week.

If it occurs again i'll give the ibuprofen gel a try aswell never thought that, thanks again mate.
