Mate you wouldnt know when the next para intake is when you have completed ADSC and the PRAC after completing PRAC then you will know when the next intake is. With the ADSC it can be any time of any date it depends where you live. Hope all goes well mate I'm going for Para aswell.

How hard is it to join the Paras?

I just wanted to know how hard it is from people that have been in the Paras or in the Paras at this moment, also could any one give me any specific tips that could give me an edge when training to become a para.

I have but they said they will give me the results by letter like all of the other recruits that has been deferred its how the army works these days.

Well I got my Cardio results back and my VSD is gone, I also have no heart mumurs and my blood pressure is good. So I am just waiting for the army to contact me and see if they will accept me hopefully they will as I have been training very hard.
