Serious injury I need help guys!

Guys I think I am suffering from a runners knee :cry: my left foot kneecap hurts whilst walkingg or running... I had it for like 3 days now and It's not getting better, it's not getting worse either but this has stopped me from running and I am really not likeing it :( it's all my fault last 1 week ...

Categories

Below is the categories for the BMI my friend, mines 18.9

BMI Categories:

Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater

Treadmill run

Did a run on the treadmill that was delivered this morning...it took a hefty effort getting it up the stairs, man it was just too heavy!!! btw i did 2 separate runs first run i managed to do 2.2KM in 13MINS 42 SECS. second run 2KM in 9MINS 59 SECS... I want to do better but my machine only allows me...

Your down to 13.28 already that's good boy, and btw i've been told by my recruiter situps and press ups are only best effort but the 1.5mile run and the jerry can excercise we must pass to get through!!

:D keep at it! you'll be in under 10.30 soon! Yeh my treadmills coming in a weeks time lol Im going to be at it 24/7 lol I will be going out to run but will be more on the treadmill..i know its more easier on the treadmill becuase its wind resistance but am sure its more motivating thanks to the on...

1.5 mile is low enough intensity that you can do it every day to improve. If you're too heavy alternate with longer runs at a slower pace. Remember you're supposed to run it as fast as you can, so you're ready to drop at the end, you should be puffing and sweating, not cruising round. its only 9-10...

I eat well before excercise but I do have lots of drinks just before I go out. I go for my runs 2-3 hours after eating and drinking, never suffer from stitches. One time I had a fancy energy drink just before the run, pow, killer stitch. Give it a try. 3 HOURS IT IS THEN... AND NO TO DRINKS OTHER T...

i c sum improvements :D i can now manage more than 20 pressups in a single go and above 30 situps but i can do alot more if i do it for full 2 minutes :) i am only worried about the 1.5mile run... i am going to look for a treadmill 2mro as it will help me alot i guess!

Competition is high for a spot in the army nower days... :D You dont wana be standing out for the wrong reasons, just really get into the fittness think ARMY ARMY ARMY .... works for me :oops: and just to be REALY mean, walking in the middle of a run is a very bad habbit to get into, just slow righ...

5' 9 and your 126lbs????? you will be below the minimum BMI for a start?? Walking or stopping on your 1.5 mile will fail you straight away. Train 3 times a week each session should be over 40 minutes to get any benefit. Do press ups and situps every morning and every night in sets of ten/shake off/...
