Training running.

Im fairly far through my application as i have my RMAD coming up rather soon. At the moment im running 3 miles in 10:30 on my first run and 10:30 on my second run. I cant seem to slow myself down or go faster. I usually run 3 miles or 1.5 miles depending how I feel. Just wondering has anybody got an...

To be completly honest, 1.5 miles is not hard. Just sprint the whole thing. I know im saying it a bit harsh however this is what i did after all the fannying about. 2 weeks in im running 1.5 miles in 9:30 after a 1.5 mile warm up aswell.

If your BMI is ok and you can do the bodywieght exersices like press ups/sit ups and pull ups along witht he run, ull be fine :lol:

I had this probelm at first mate. Eventually your wrists will get used to press ups, mine did anyway.

I passed my eye test for royal marine last week with VA2 (VA1 being perfect vision & VA3 not so good. I was rather worried about my eye test because im very short sighted. But still passed. Its easy. :D
