make... them... harder... :o What are you trying to do! :D To be honest plyometrics are overlooked a lot of the time, spot on for building explosive power that you need for all the sprinting you do or powering yourself over the six foot wall etc See how much interest this draws if not the 3 of us c...

Re: fat loss/muscle building
2. "Diet is the second most important thing" :o ?? errrm....sory but wrong. Any training program (for whatever goal) relies entirely by 60% diet, and 40% training. (Think about obese people for example, - some of them on deaths door cant even move) :-? I don't understand what you mean by ...

Dude, seriously, don't go for muppet. If you want to be a diver then at your stage of the game you need to do it now, they wouldn't even let you think about sidewards entry into the diving branch until you have served 3 or 4 years as a muppet. Don't let them talk you into doing a job you don't want...

regs to RMR
Hello all, (just registered) I know its a little old now (sorry), but coincidently, I asked exactly the same Q on Mili Forums. I got the same answers but nobody was completely sure if age would be a problem regarding tranfering from RMR to regs. The general feeling was that it wouldnt be, as long as...

Derek Hatton - what a TWAT
I used to work as abar man for a while in the town's Moat house hotel, and met him one night about 1:30am. He wanted a coffee; so I spat in it

regs or RMR?
I've been PM'd by "Chester" recently who has given me a lot of help so far, but i'm wondering if anyone else can contribute / confirm. If I join RMR, (and pass out) would I possibly be able to go regs in future if I decided to do so?. (remember I'm soon to be 33yrs.) Thank's again Chester ...

Okay as an embittered ex Operator Maintainer I'll humour you we'll start on the positives eh... World travel, free uniform (you get on of these at Mcdonalds), seriously though it is a good career choice for a youngster but if your into your fitness you'll be very disappointed. For me the best bit a...

age
I'd of thought 25 was probably an ideal age to join mate. I'm almost 33 and thinking like you. One thing to bare in mind though, is that a lot of the younger recruits will probably want to lean on you during training, wich will probably add to the pressure. Anyway, I'd just go for it if I was you, b...

regs or RMR?
cheers everyone Common sense tells me to go for RMR at this point, but I cant help feeling that I will maybe one day wish I had joined the regs when I had the chance, esp if I really enjoy it. The other concern is that my current job is absolute cack (I hate it). 3 and a bit years on a casual contra...
