hey, ive got my recruiters interview at the end of august; i was just wondering what exactly to expect? is it formal? a suit required? what sort of things will they ask? im supposed to contact my sponsor sgt at AFCO to confirm it, but the guy is a ghost, he never seems to be around. any info and tip...

so far as i know, phase 1 is the same for all applicants, from the rifles right through to the military police- so im guessing its very probable someone from the rifles will be doing phase 1 alongside an artillery guy. phase 1 is basic training, which everyone has to do, so i guess everyone does it ...

simulating chin ups
hey, as far as im aware, chin ups are one of the exercises required at ADSC. i cant find anywhere in my house to do them, and i cant get to a gym; im currently doing chin ups on the stairwell bannister, but its far from perfect. does anyone know any exercises which i could do to work out the muscles...
