Officially you would pass the run but you are graded over the whole 2 days and that grade determines how quickly you will start basic. If your run time is just scraping in then it might not get you such a good grade as if it would if you clocked 10:00-10:30.

At ADSC officially its 12:45 but you want be getting 10:30.

Wear a tie when you go for interviews.

What is your current 1.5 mile time? You will need to know this for your interviews.

If you want to carry on training MMA while in the army you could find a local club where your based and train in your own free time. In regards to competing in your free time I don't know what the Army's policy is on that but maybe Sandy could enlighten me? :D Officially you cant compete but i neve...

OK so should be fine then, looks like i'll be passing out approx 1st week in March and am planning to get married 1st May. I presume i will just need to notify the powers that be as soon as i get to batallion??

Not really sure about the condition itself but with it been 5 years since you were last effected you stand a good chance. I used to suffer from migranes which is usually a big no-no in the army but beacuse i hadn't needed to see my GP in over 5 years there was no problem.
