Eggs on toast. Works for me! I wouldnt bother with creatine/maximuscle/all that other stuff because you wont be allowed it in RT. However, consider taking glucosamine to look after your joints. I've heard that unless you have ties into the military (e.g. Having a dad whos a captain, or being the son of a duke etc.) its unlikely that you'll be selected. Thats pretty much utter tosh mate. Fartlek is the one where you determine your own pace. Intervals are pre-set eg 1min sprint, 2 mins jog and repeat.
