Back home after 5 weeks of shit! Worth it though. TOP TIP: my fitness is shocking, thought I was doing enough but clearly not! Whatever you are doing, do more! The standerd is high and the fitness it extreamly hard. Picked up a back injury after only tabbing a couple of miles with the bergan and all...

I handed in my application in to my AFCO in March, start Para Depot On October 18th (Sunday, get in!!! :D ) And this was before it started to go really mental with recruiting, and an application from Ireland may take a bit longer!

So you have a while to get fit mate! :wink:

Apparently some expreriment proved that running to classical music improves performance and speed more than any other type of music, altho I've never tried running to it let alone listening to it lol I'm definatly going to give this a go now! :D I bet you have loads of it on your i-pod really! :P

Yes mucker. But you still haven't finshed training after P-Coy. You have to do the final excercise and live firing ranges until you can pass out! (please correct me if I'm wrong) Then it's your jumps, whenever you can fit that in. 8)
