Just to let you know that you will do your oath about 1-2 weeks before you leave for depot and you will get your joining instructions either at your oath or through the post near the time you leave for training. make sure you get that shin checked out bud. If you keep running on it you could have that inury for the rest of life. Better to be safe than sorry.

Ok Fazza i suppose distance wise it should be more of a build up so i'll do 5 milers for now and when they hit 8 minute miles i'll put it up a mile maybe? pretty much mate. yes mate it is. Or if you can lift over 118kg (i think) on the static lift, your run time can be increased to 9.40

i've FINALLY got my date this morning lads!! Its on the 9th august, which is a VERY long way away, oh well on the bright side i should have my fitness top notch by then and be smashing the basic fitness requirements at depot hopefully!! im just happy i've got this point at last!! aright lads. I didn't do the prac. I did my selection before they bought back the PRAC course.

Ask paraprep. He'll be able to tell you. He's done selection and then the prac and he's now just waiting on a training date.
