Do you know who the guy was that failed the 3 miler by a few milliseconds? The look on his face when he came in and told us was quality bless him, at least he laughed it off though.

I think I would've passed if I'd have made the 3 miler, but the Sergeant Major said that my assault course time and bleep test score weren't top notch either, so I was given six months to work on my running before coming back.

Yeah I'm definitely going back in 6 months. The worst thing about gym test 1 was holding the press up position through the explanations before we could start. And I had to do tuck jumps before the sit ups :oops:

I was on this PRMC, failed the 3 mile run by 6 seconds What a cnut. Nice one passing, I was purple 3, the only coloured guy on the course

I did it when the required time was 10:45, I don't know why the bloke told me 15kph though.

When I went the instructor told me to keep it at at least 15kph to pass, and that I could change the speed whenever I felt.

I did mine a few weeks after I did my GCSEs, so I still had all that knowledge banging around in my head, and I think I did pretty well, but we didn't get told our scores because we didn't have time. I think if I took it now though I'd find it a right farker.

Are women allowed in the SAS and are they able to get deployed into battle the same as every other man? I really don't like the women in ultimate force, I think she to, tries to hard to look hard.
