hi there need someone to train with. Preparing for P-company. My fitness is crap so need someone of same or better fitness. need to start from scratch!

i ve got loads of interest about organising a tab just need some further info:

1. would u prefer to tab on one day or would u like to make a weekend of it (varied tabs over 2 days) (meet friday evening or sat morning and tab sat and sunday 10-15miles per day)

SBS(R)

has anyone been to the SBS (R) selection over the last year. they send you out a programme of the fitness requirements and what you have to do over the 4 days whilst your there but just wanted to know if anyone could give some personal insight as to what it is like!!!
