Some are saying you do Pull-ups, sit-ups and puss-ups during the 2-day selection at ADSC which i know is right. Reading through some answers , it seemed the Junior entry mates are miss leading standard entry folks .....junior entry , please , let us know your entry level when contributing to answer...

They didn't give me a grade, they just said I had passed. September intakes were full for Para before I even went to ADSC, the Officer I had my second interview with at the ACIO even showed me that it was full on the computer system.
