If your really nervous you could plan what you want to say before hand and mermorise it, could help...though not every one may be listening, i mean it does get boring after a while. Or worse come to worse rhyme of your favorite chat up lines and say you got confused about what type of ice breaker it...

I think its strange that women arn't allowed in the infantry, i mean they're allowed to join the SAS, some may dispute that and say they're not but I saw it in a documentry called Ultimate Force and there where females :D
