Did your AFCO not give you a book on the PGAC?

I have it here and it says there are two fitness assessments;

One being a shuttle run lasting 10 minutes, followed by 10 press ups, 25 sit ups and a 50m swim and of course the 3 mile run in less than 24 minutes the following day.

I am slightly worried about the PGAC because of the 3 mile march with full kit, bergen etc on.

A 3 mile march shouldn't be a problem - but with 20kg (?) weight, I think it's going to be pretty tough
