Great North Run Speed March

As we found out on the 30 miler: different people have different abilities. Therefore, people are going to have to be grouped according to their ability. If some of the younger element wish to test their ability with webbing etc., then great. A good time for the run is 1hr 40min, which is a 7.5 minu...

Similar idea crossed my mind yesterday.
Mind at 57 I'm past running, but could consider "a slow speed march".
As I live on Tyneside I could advise on some of the logistics, such as, accommodation, transport etc..
