i think that sign is still there Artist. i can remember seeing one that sounds just like that (with a cartoon of a RM PTI on it) on the final stretch of the 3 miler on PRMC, on a big oak tree. made me chuckle...in between sucking down the air like a lunatic lol :D p.s cheers for the feedback sarasto...

ive been doing a bit of tabbing recently. mainly because i enjoy it more than running lol. i also get the pins and needles down the left arm, it was me shoulder strap being too tight though, and after i adjusted it ive had no probs. quick question. i did a 2 hour tab last week and covered 7.4 miles ...

the guy on the P Coy vid (Skinhead, looks like a barrell, who sticks his fingers up to the camera) looks like a monster. and if you look closely i swear you can see him shouting "F*cking hell, cover off!"...reminds me of the Sgt. Maj on 3 miler at PRMC lol
