Joined these forums quite a while ago, about a year, and I've not posted for at least 10 months I think, so it's time for a fresh start.

Erm...well...I'm currently in the marine cadets as a L/Cpl and am taking my GCSEs, I want in the end to join RM as an officer, so you can guess ...

Quick question for once. Can you join the marines if you wear glasses or contacts? or is there a policy that if your eyes have anything wrong with them you're screwed?

There's not that much of a point but sometimes we do yomp! (not far though) and they issue the webbing, if we don't wear it, beasting, so I may as well make myself as comfortable as possible.
