as said if as you say you havent done anything then you wont get convicted unless it can be proved beyond reasonable doubt. if you have had some part to play in the incident and arent actually completely innocent then of course it becomes a little less clear cut.. its far more likely to be the other...

Many police forces swear by magums, but i don't see what all the fuss is about, even as an urban boot they aren't all that. There are far beter boots you can buy especially for military use. Alt Berg boots are pretty highly rated.

I don't so much have a problem with the Iranian PM, he is just a tool, more the crack pots that guide him, ultimately they control the country. Its unfortunate that the Iranian civilians are once again in the middle, just like the Iraqi ones were but realities are realities, as you say all out war i...

I remember replying to an RMR ad in my late 30's but they couldn't even be bothered to reply. I read that the MOD is upping the age limit to make up for recruitment shortfalls, is this how you managed to wangle it? The RMR's PR skills and relationship with the AFCO's could be improved I agree. gett...

if you have done a regular PRMC you will have to wait until the next intake for your local RMR unit, where you will have to do the assessment weekend anyway.

This is all just a statement by Iran, it has nothing to do with rouge RG officers it will have come straight from Tehran, not only is it sabre rattling but they also now have a bargaining chip, as they know we can't do anything to get them back straight away at this point. I hope we start discussing...

What stage are you in the application? Have you done the PJFT yet or had a medical? Id say start concentrating on building up to longer distances, as when you can do 6+ miles the 3 miler will be a lot easier. The RMR website has loads of info about training, as a guide it works out at about 1 weeken...

Your fitness levels sound fine as a basis for RMR training, what are your pull ups like? Remember though that on selection you will tired before you do the actual tests so incorporate that into your training by seeing what your scores are like after a run etc. Just make sure you are doing correct fo...

I wouldnt read too much into that, it depends what your scores are like, they arent going to let people in with really low scores are they, and they havent, at least not at the det i was at. EDIT The confirmation weekend is to 'confirm' whether or not you are of a standard to start training, thus if...
