How many meals a day do you get in RT for the royal marines, someone told me they get between three to five because of the amount of calories they burn all the time, is it true, or do they just get the standard three meals a day?

i have just come off the insight course so i will give you a touch of info, we did a bleep test on the first night, the next day ... in the morning. 1.5 mile run as a group, then 1.5mile best effort ( i think it was a bit more than a mile and a half to be honest) then we more or less got streight in...

i am thinking about joing either 4 PARA or RMR, to kill some time before i can actually re-do my medical for the marines. i know some people might say why not just join RMR if its the marines you want, but i would like to have a go at tha 4para training aswell, so i was just wondering, is it possibl...

i too have a bit of a set back mate, i have to wait till november 2007 before i can go for my medical, because of an astma problem years back, and have never really sufferd from, but keep you mind on your goal, thats what al have to do, you will be back on your feet in no time, good luck ___________...

to me it sounds like things are getting a bit on top of you, i have been told after the first couple of weeks you get used to it and people get on more with eachother, just hang in there mate remember what your there for, how long you have wanted it, good luck with everything

i thought you could start training the week after you pass the prmc, or did you just want more time?
