No probs. The podiatrist I saw was a private external practice in Portsmouth, although he said the techniques he uses are available in other places also.

Thanks Cool Hand Luke Sorry to hear about the AIB! Will you be re-applying then? I do have a quick question for you, with regards the 'naval knowledge' questions. Were they based more around the Royal Marines as that is what you are trying to join, or is it a real mix? If you have any tips that you ...

Okay.

Sounds like everyone is pretty much saying rest a little before. Think i could probably do with hotting up on the Corps history anyway.

Thanks for the advice and the well wishes.

Will let you know how i get on.

Rest before POC?

Hi!

Just wondered if any of you guys have any tips about rest periods before my POC on 2nd June.

Do you advise a week off training, just packing in the carbs?
or just keep training right up until the date?

Any advice would be gratefully received.

POC Date

Hi all!

I'm a newbie here, hoping to be a Royal Marine Officer in the near future.

Just wondered if anyone else has their POC booked on 2nd June 2008?

Cheers
