I bought this book for my holiday read, but I found it competely addictive and read it in two sessions 4 days before I went. Needless to say it was read again while on holiday.

Well worth the money, and you might find things out that you didnt know.

Could anyone that has done one recently, or knows whats what confirm? I'd like to know if I can set and adjust the speed at which the treadmill goes?
