Yeah i agree do not run everyday, would benefit much more from running 3 times a week and in the days in between bike or swim as well as having rest days. your body will only improve if it has time to repair.

I know the first half is run in roughly 12 minutes and the second half is as fast as possible, but once the first half is run do you then turn around and go back the ...

This is classic RM vs Para!
Army, Navy and Air force regiments are regular. RMC and Paras are the elite Rapid reaction force (you need to know that if you say RM are regular to the board in your officer interview they will eat you alive haha!) SBS and SAS are special forces.
I have mutual respect ...

How long ago was your PRMC which you didn't go to? If your legs are still hurting then they are not healed, be careful with that you don't want to get to the same position as before and fail your PRMC. You should try going to a sports injury specialist, pysio or i think the spelling is podiatrist ...

The prices I've come across are around 4-5000$ so 2-2500GBP (my pound symbol doesn't work). weather you willing to spend thousands on armor is up to you and how much of a difference you think it will make.

Dragon skin body armor - I know we are allowed to buy own equipment regarding boots and sights etc. but what about body armor. I've looked at a fair bit of info on this and would rather go on a tour with it than standard body armor! does anyone know if we would be allowed to import it in and use it ...
