I agree too, I think its a very good idea. It would have helped alot if it was sectioned in to that sort of thing when i first started using the site.
Sections like:
ADSC
Phase 1 Training
Phase 2 Training
etc, etc,.
And then those could have subsections in each one if needs be. Just so you know ...

I just went down to sports direct and got myself some Adidas Climacool running shoes. They were 30 winners (£30) and like before I go for a run they are cool and dry when i finish, even after 6 miles! Best £30 ive spent in months. :D

Yea my Sis is better at stuff like unplugging the battery and mechanics on a car than me because my dads a mechanic and she guilts him into doing anything. But whatever it is he ends up doing for her becuase she makes him feels bad! I tried it but it dont work for me ...

Well done mate keep up though dont let off cos u acheieved something, give yourself another goal to acheive, but remember for the army when in your selection you run half or more of your 1.5 mile to warm up with the whole group then you time your 1.5 mile run so make sure your running about 3 miles ...

Sorry about this but i was going for a run last sunday and when i was running down a hill i got to the bottom and badly twisted my ancle. I went to the hospital and they said that i have sprained my ancle, pulled muscles and ripped tendons.

Yeah I wasn't too sure if I had to take something like a big duffle bag or suitcase or something. There is one thing on the kit list that puzzles me though. Why do you have to have a comb if you have to have really short hair, or am I being stupid in some way?

Hello mate when i went for my ADSC i got a sheet from my careers advisor saying that to pass ADSC u need to do the following things:

60 situps in 2 minutes
60 pushups in 2 minutes
1.5 mile run in under 10 mins an 30 secs
8-10 heaves
and doing all of those will put u in good stead for your ADSC ...

ouch ....... she will miss you though it will be tougher than she thinks keep her as a friend an she will prob end up to be a f#*k buddy then you have the chance for it again later but the upside is you can now check out loads of birds and put urself about a bit. :D trust me make the most of it!
