hey i've done my best to appeal because yesterday i got deferred for 3 months due to a pulled muscle i had about 6 months ago!? which i still can't make sense of, i can make the run time and lift things on it, with working as a physical labourer i have to so i tried to get into touch with the medica...

Run time bonus
i didn't make the run time for paras at pre-selection, my time was 10 min 31 secs so i know i need to shave some time off! but i did hear about a dead weight lift - if you can lift a certain amount of weight you get a time bonus and your run time allowance goes up to 9 mins 45 secs but my recruiting...

right, can anyone tell me here exactly what time you spend training, from the second you walk through the doors as a civi to when you come out with your beret and jump wings, so how long do you go away for in total, when do you get breaks and for how long ect. any info possible please!
