I was told by the AFCO to mainly do breast stroke if I was going to use swimming in my training as it is the only way to swim with a pack on.

Tough guy

Is anyone doing the Tough guy this year or next?

Also has anyone done it and is it as good as it looks?

I am thinking of signing up for the Jan 09 event as i have only just started training after recovering from damage to muscles in my shins.

Think I will crank the speed down a bit for the first week just to be on the safe side though. On another note is anyone taking part in the zoo tough guy competition?
