How much are you wanting to lose mate? I have always been a bit of a lanky git so can't really help you much. However, when I notice I am getting a bit of a beer belly running really does the trick. Whether it's on the road or at the gym on a treadmill, just take it easy to begin with.

Hi mate,
if you're worried about the cost of Uni then don't be. Nowadays anyone can afford to go. Normally the amount of loan you get is income assessed based on your parents/guardians earnings. Obviously the more they earn, the less you get.

Good evening guys, hope you are all well. I have done a search and looked on the Royal Marines website and have been unable to find my answer. I need to ring the AFCO on Tuesday anyway but for the time being does anyone know if injured YO's in training can be sent to Hunter Company?

Hi mate, when I run I vary between time and distance. For exampe, I'll run 5 miles and then make myself carry on for another 15 minutes. I find it helps.

One last thing, from looking at your signature it mentions a physcometric test, is this a new thing before POC? i was under the impression that these all happened at AIB :-?

Hi there, I'm Steve. I'm 21 years old and currently doing a degree at Uni.
