Hi mate,......a lad from my uncle's troop was to big to fit in the tubes (he was farkin huge). They made him do press instead of the tubes, if you are worried about getting stuck I hope that helps, lol.

Nice one mate I live in llan....I just need a bit of help with my running and times . I've got my 3 mile to just under 24 mins but I seem to have hit a brick wall! I could do with a good programme to train with.
