Does anyone know is the 30km test in the kayak done in a single or double klepper and is there a time limit?

with the pressups could you take a break? could you rest your ass in the air? put knees on the floor? or did you have to bash them out in one go? was it elbows tucked in and chest to floor?

PFT mile and half run

is the mile and half run test, on the briefing course to be done under 10.30 or 9.30? and is their a set warm up e.g. paras warm up with 3.5 run, marines with 1.5 run etc

do the push ups slowly, let your chest slowly drop to floor the on each rep.

I got from 20 to 45 in a few weeks doing my reps like that 6*10 slow push ups 4 times a week
