alright mate i personally know a couple of 16 year old lads who joined up and passed out as originals. At the end of the day it's all down to what you and how much you want it, don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

each regiment has their own good soldiers who go on to do SAS or recieve a medal for gallantry so there's no real point in arguing

I hope to be applying for rifles when my college term breaks up. Getting 8.22 for 1.5 mile run recently so hopefully things will be a fast process.

i dont see how you can even call it bullying. when i spent a bit of time with 40 commando at taunton, they made it quite clear not to f@#k around when handling weapons. one of the lads on the range fired off a shot when the order to stop firing was called and he got a kick straight in the stomach by...

Sorry but there is no similarity to that of firing a .22 or an L85. I've fired both and in personal opinion the .22 is easier believe it or not.

Or maybe you want to try firing double tap at a target with an LSW at your hip, that MIGHT be just as easy a 22..
