Each person i see varies. I have people from wheel chair users, near elite runners to tri athletes. Thats what good Instructors do! Not just go for the pieces of ass in the gym!

That should help but if it doesn't you can get supplements like creatine that help you put weight on.

Ignore this past comment. Creatine will only aid weight gain by water retention not anything worth putting on.

I agree 90 is mental!!!!!!!!! The most anybody did on my selection was 64 and he was a Royal Marine who just got out of the RMC's

To be able to perform them properly you cannot perform that many.

Ok DOC chill a bit.

I did my course in Nov 06 just over 15 months ago.

I tore my achillies on day two so couldn't perform very well in some disciplines.

I don't think i would have passed if I had anyway, it's mega hard to pass first time.

First you do a 50 metre timed swim which has to be completed in 50 seconds. (they set some floats 5 metres from the end of the pool which you stop and turn around at).
I don't know where you got that from, they didn't do that last year?
