MOD Letter
Did anyone else receive one of these today saying all their details had been lost?
Apparently up to 600,000 people who have expressed interest in the RAF, Navy or RM have been affected by it. Interesting to see if I'm not the only one. Pat on the back Des!!!
Cheers

There's no correct brand to buy IMO. Be it Saucony, Nb, Asics whatever else it's the type of the trainer that is 10x more important. I ran in a neutral running shoes without knowing I was a fairly heavy pronator thus causing ITB in my knee. Get a pair that suits your running style, body posture not ...

Not so sure after tonight's fight tbh. Looked shaky in the 6th, after his knockdown did well to stay up although I think a better fighter would have finished him off. Like the commentator said take away his speed and decent footwork he's just your average fighter. His style is to just go out and att...

Firstly comiserations on being unsuccessful with your AIB. Haven't read your post on it, no doubt I will after I post this. With regards to RMR I was training with holding troop at RMR London as extra phys as reccommended by my AFCO. I haven't signed anything but a brief phone call to the unit expla...
