Nice one CY! I'll be starting foundation on the 20th September as well so I'll see you down there. Like the other Guys here, I wish I had applied sooner. I'm gonna be 28 in October and was the oldest guy on my PRMC by about 4 years, but I don't look it so thats ok LOL!

Tough break man!!! know excactly how you feel, broke 2 ribs before my first PRMC and had to postpone but just passed a couple of weeks ago and start my basic on Sept 20th so I'll be leaving Foundation (Hopefully!) as your starting so hope to see ya down there!!! :wink:

My Scores were as follows:
Bleep Test level 13.1
Press ups 44
Sit ups 68
Pull ups 5
Assault course 3:35
Came in second on the 3 miler which I was quite Chuffed with but the hardest part for me was Gym test 2 as I was really sore before we started so that hurt the most. :crazyeyes:

"The Making Of A Royal Marine Commando" by Nigal Foster is a really good read. I found it very useful in getting an insight into the Corps as well as some of their modern history so this book come Highly recomended.
