Can anyone tell me if these gels are as effective as taking a brufen tablet because apparently i can't take ibuprofen because of my stomach, also are there any other NSAIDs which aren't as harsh on the stomach?

The way we're taught in the ATC is to get a cotton bud and dip it in water, then squeeze most of it off, leaving just a little. Mould it into a pad and use as normal, it works for me.

You can join the air cadets at 17 and still do lots of things that would help your application to the RAF before you become too old. As far as I'm aware, you can stay in until you're 18 and then you're kicked out unless you're a Sergeant in which case you can stay on until 20. I hope this helps. P.S...

I don't mean to worry you but I had something similar,- kness hurt after running and that was back in july and they still hurt when i run.
