I know some lads who just passed out and they went straight to sailsbury to do a CQB course, combined services i think. Anyway it was on the new CQB methods, long wall, short wall method. Not sure if it was just a trial because he mentioned they were being used because they were straight out.

Depends what sort of training your doing? Ive done a few 3 milers rounds around a 400m track because it gives you a good idea of your min/mile.

Just keep cracking on mate, i was Hunter for 7months with a stress fractured hip in week 14. It also gave me back and ankle problems because of the over-componsating (spelling). Ive just passed out with 965 and still do the specifics given to me from the RI's for my back. Id say keep plodding on it ...

Head and Shoulders/Ghillie Suit

Im in RT at the moment and need to make a Head and Shoulders. Ive attatched the fish net to the jungle hat and thats it so far. Whats the best way of putting the hessien sack onto the head and shoulders with the frayed natural look?

Circuits in Hunter

I'm currently in 1 Troop Hunter Coy and am bored of following the generic wall fitness chart that only involves supersets of dumbells/barbells. Has anybody here been in Hunter and done a circuit in the gym they found worked well?

Cheers

It's the PTI's that are doing it, well it could be others as well but its them we've seen do it. So to that end I do doubt that they are at the same fitness level. In a magazine there is a quote saying that the parkour guys are fit enough to complete the assult course in time to be a Marine. Sounds ...

That bad rep went a while ago. Well I've just left 953 now with a stress fractured hip and gone to Hunter 1. I'll be there for 9 months as well. We were quite bad though to be honest, most of the beefers have gone now.

alright mate, let me start with the fact that you shouldn't be wanting to go to hunter at any time during training, but to answer your question you can go there from any point when you start training and the time you spend there depends on the severity of the injury and some people have been in hun...
