I set the treadmill to 16km/hr for most of the run then upped it to 20km/hr for the last 400m. This gave me a time of 8mins 52 secs. Cheers for that mate, put it on 16km/h today then went to wack it up for the last 400m and realised the treadmill goes no faster! Got 9.16 with it on 16 the whole way...

Anyone know the type of speed you wana be running on the treadmill to run it in about 8.40 - 9.00 minutes?

I think it was on this site a while ago where i heard that about 1 in 10 marines get to do jumps and earn thier wings. Is this correct? phoned careers office and they said il have to a medical with them anyway. Oh well, dosnt really matter and the fact ive done psychometric test will speed up things a bit anyway.
