Routes, coordinates etc can't be posted in the public domain for security reasons. If you hit the right part of Brecon Beacons, you'll probably see some tracks worn in from years of walking though  Some links that may be of interest http://www.breconbeaconsparksociety.org/Self%20Guided%20Walks...

Depending on who you're with, you may train elsewhere than South Wales. I know 21 train in South Wales, and I'm aware 23 train up north somewhere. No idea where SBS(R) train. For the joint UKSF selection, though, they all go to sunny South Wales.

Clean up your diet and keep excersising. As long as you've got a calorie deficit you're going to at least lose some weight. I personally find that when losing weight I generally hit a plateau after a few weeks, and shuffling about my calorie/fat intake sorts that out. Lower calorie and fat intake, k...

I'll be moving back to sunny Llanelli from Tenerife in June. If you're still up for it then, I'd be up for meeting halfway somewhere.

laugh out loud Apperntly sticking a * at the front and end of a sentence is like an action. I don't like drinking because it seems such a waste of money to me and then when I am drunk (once in the last 3 months) I can't be bothered to do anything but I will drink if I am forced to but not under pee...

I recall it being covered here about a year ago, and I believe there was a bit of trouble over it. And it's really not the right question to ask on a fitness forum.

Personally, I think that asking who's 'eliter' between two forces is just digging for a bite.
