78 pushups! Jesus H Christ you are a legend! I won't tell you what my record for pushups are, I'll only admit that I'm hoping to get through on the strength of my bleep test, sti-ups and pull-ups!

Well chaps I'm affraid I won't be joining you on Sunday.....I've been thrown a lifeline, and delayed my POC to the 19th, last one of the year! Was back at hospital this morning and the nurses just laughed when I asked if I'd be able to attend POC after explaining what it was, so I called up my AFCO ...

Not sure yet, haven't even looked at train times. Am currently typing one handed thanks to spilling hot glue over my right hand today at work, most pleasant. Now have multiple burns, broken the skin on my thumb. No push ups for me this week then, great..... :-? So, in the last 2 weeks I've had flu, ...

Yep, 6 miles. Only the last 3 miles are a clear run though, the first 3 is tunnels etc, hare and hounds, THEN a clear 3 miles. JCAP, you do know it's the MARINES you've applied for yes? And NO, absolutely 100% NO visual aids for the presentation and it is 100% about YOU. Wouldn't worry about ...

To be honest mate, I wouldn't be too fussed about remembering long unpronouncable names. I personally never got told it would be important and at this stage of the game, I'd stick to making sure you spend your time reading and UNDERSTANDING the affairs rather than the finest of details. I'm sure it ...

Evening chaps..... I'm glad someone is going there unprepared with boots....I've done a few booted runs and bugger me, it's more than twice has hard, in the boots I bought anyway! Might see what the boots down there are like, and if they are lighter just use those instead! Mine are far from worn in ...

You have to do a mile every ten minutes in order to pass every speedmarch you do. OK? yes, fine thanks...I wasn't criticising or questioning,...

Well done mate! How long were you doing the 5 mile runs for? And were you doing them EVERY day? In hindsight would you have maybe lost a couple of days of endurance for some extra leg power, like sprints or something? Not that it matters much now of course, you passed! I'll definitely follow your ex...
