the leaflet i got from the legion recently said i would get 1000 euro a month.... it works out at 166 pound a week.

i'm glad you're not on my RT, i'm starting on Sept 4th. You would make a show of me. I would agree with the rest of the lads on the site. More sprint training. Sprint to the top of a hill and do press-ups, sit-ups and took jumps when you jog back down to the bottom, straight back up the hill again ...

Foreign Legion

Anybody got any info on the Legion, got the pamphlet off them but they don't like to tell you much except "come over if your really interested". If anybody has any experiences or details please don't hesitate to post. tanx

well, he wasn't too far off when he told me 40% to 50% are RM, although I can see why he could have been trying to blow wind up my arse seen as though I was joining his crowd.

first of all, i didnt say it was gospel!! i was only passing on information that i got from the people who i thought it mattered to a kid who was looking for abit of information, i tried to help him with the info i got, which according to you is wrong...fair enough. stay playing your sports until after you PASS your PRMC then give it up, thats what I did, I gave up the Rugger after I passed PRMC and am glad because I would be sick if I got injured now

alright buddy, i'm starting rt on the 4th sept too. I don't think there's an easy way with the boots. I just wore mine in by hikeing in them and thery're probably the comfiest pair of footwear I have now. Just keep wearing them and pollishing them and that should soften them up for ya. plus if you ...

yeah that madison kid was attached to 9 assault squadron and was killed when the wheel house of the hovercraft was hit up pretty hard. 2 more marines were blown into the river but they were okay. u need a minimum of 10 on the bleep test....11 if u didnt do well in ur apptitude test and they only let u go as far as 13. i did it recently so thats how it goes buddy
