You need orthotics, eventually you will probably get an overuse injury because of it I think.

I think a few interval and hill sessions would bring down your 1.5 mile time. It makes that kind of run so much mentally easier.

inside of knee cap, could be:
1. Medial meniscus tear
2. Medial plica syndrome
3. Medial collateral ligament injury
4. Patellafemoral pain syndrome
Check with physio so close to RT. They will do consultation and try to diagnose injury

I thought that Khans opponent fought a good fight. Cant remember Calzaghe V Manfredo fight because I was too pissed at the time, just remember it being stopped and he werent trying (Manfredo).

Definetly true if you are that determined and focused on one particular goal (green beret or police) you will have what it takes to achieve it. Its a case of wanting something so bad that you believe nothing can stop you and you will achieve what you want. I learnt this after I lost my first boxing ...

Yeh I know there is the NHS but the only use of them is to refer you to a sports physio so fu*k that for a game of soldiers!!!!!!!!
I hate the NHS personally, free healthcare, my arse . Only if you cant walk or work, then you still have to wait 6-12 months for an op.
