Cheers JCclimber, how did you find Pcoy and the basic training in general? Im doing circuits 3 times a week and have increased my running, measured out a mile and a half last night so I'll get cracking on that :)

Allright mate, Im applying for Para and Ive got my 2nd interview tommorrow at my AFCO and then its ADSC, which Im pretty confident of passing, so I cant really give you any advice on how to train or anything after passing and before starting, anyway, to my point, it would be good if you could let me...

Yeah, that sounds like a good idea, can I use a mates balls though, cos I stapled my finger once and it hurt, anyway, things that hurt are usually only funny if they dont happen to me :lol:

If you look through one of the other P Coy threads mate someone has put a link to a Marine one, its not as good as the P Coy one. Not dissing the Marines, its just that its some journalist punter from FHM doing some excercises :lol:

I couldnt find anywhere to get my biomechanics checked and got advised by a friend who is a runner to spend a bit dosh 70 - 100 quid on a pair of Asics, I dont want to advertise for anyone, but they done the job for me. Put ice on your shins after you run mate and that should take down any swelling ...
