Hehehe, I asked that exact same question at my Orthapedic checkup and he said it would be like them turning you down for having physiotheraphy. Surgery is where it starts to borderline.

I goto the gym everyday with various training partners. Do as many pressups as you can (marine style) then get on the treadmill and sprint at max speed for 1k. Do more pressups but wider arms (as many as you can). Get back on the tradmill and repeat. Then hands close together pressups. Repeat. After...
