Before you all get too carried away with looking down your nose at fat unfit civvies just remember this. No. They can tell alot about you health through your urine but they wont test for drugs. They dip a strip of paper into it and the colour the paper goes can tell them things about you (something like that) Plus they have to tell you they are drug testing you. You wont be tested for drugs during the application process, and if anyone ask you have you taken drugs just lie and say no. I was tested for drugs about 4 or 6 times last year in the Army that is. And that's about average for a year. They even came out to Canada when we were on excersise to test us.
