I think you took me the wrong way there RGJ Riffleman I wasn't comparing Marathon runners with RM's or anyone else. I was trying to put into perspective this silly argument that was going off about who's better than who at running. You said just wait till you get int the forces I don't know if that ...

Before you all get too carried away with looking down your nose at fat unfit civvies just remember this. If you made a scale of 1-10 1 being the unfit and 10 being the fittest then you are all only about 6 or 7 compared to the pro's. And you can included the rest of HMF with that. And I don't mean t...

No. They can tell alot about you health through your urine but they wont test for drugs. They dip a strip of paper into it and the colour the paper goes can tell them things about you (something like that) Plus they have to tell you they are drug testing you. It was like this when I joined but that ...

You wont be tested for drugs during the application process, and if anyone ask you have you taken drugs just lie and say no. But once you start training you could be tested at anytime till the day you leave the service. Now bearing in mind it could take you well over 6 moths to go through all the ap...

I was tested for drugs about 4 or 6 times last year in the Army that is. And that's about average for a year. They even came out to Canada when we were on excersise to test us. These test can come at anytime and the first you know about it is the morning of the test. The gates are shut and noone can...

If someone asked me for the name of a good website to ask questions about or talk to Royal Marines I would give them this sites name.

If someone was more interested in the Army I would give them ARRSE.co.uk which is much more for the Army.
